I am always called back in a timely manner and the staff are always more than polite and accommodating.
Got sick, went to this place. They refuse to help me. 2 months later another doc. Found a 3x5cm tumor on my brain. Becon medical send me a restraining order.
I have an amazing doctor. Very kind and helpful. The wait time to get in is annoying & long. Just for a shot you have to wait 20-30mins. The staff when you call is rude. Always have an attitude, like they hate their job. I have been hung up on multiple times. Although the front nurses and wait time sucks, they have great doctors. At least mine is.
my 9 month had her annual check up and i asked dr to look at a splinter in finger, so dr pulled splinter out for me. I just got a bill saying the checkup is covered but since dr pulled splinter i now have to pay copay, thats not good customer service, how is beacon covering the check up but not splinter. It was same apt.
Been going to the same doctor for 5 years she is absolutely amazing! Couldn't ask for any one better love this office
